Shandong Haineng Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a joint-stock company integrating with the design, manufacturing and installation of transmission line towers, communication towers, microwave communication towers, lightning towers, substation frames and steel structures engineering,etc..

Excepting more than 100 workers, the company has all kinds of professional and technical personnel of more than 50 people, including senior and intermediate engineering and technical personnel of 35 people.Covering an area of 45,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 30,000 tons,the company has the production qualification of the whole series of 500kV transmission line towers and microwave communication towers,etc. With the ISO9001-2015 standard quality management system certification, the company has the international advanced machinery and equipment,such as KX-20A type of Angle steel tower automatic production line and PPD103 type of digital control hydraulic punching and drilling compound machine tool,a series of large coiling and shearing machinery, CO2 protection welding equipment, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector, hydraulic universal testing machine, steel-testing mirror, zinc layer thickness tester,etc.
The company has realizedthe computer CAD programming for product design, component lofting and drawing check, drawing ,etc.

At the beginning of 1999, the company successfully developed 35kV and 110kV steel pipe tower products. In May of the same year, the company passed the test of the Power Construction Design Institute of the State Electric Power Corporation; and in June, it passed the technical appraisal organized by Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Commission and was suggested to put into mass production.Over the years, the company has accumulated rich experience in the production of tower mast products, and can produce nearly 100 varieties of Angle steel tower series and steel pipe tower series,and other steel tower series.Our products are sold to almost every part of China, and are also exported to clients in Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia, totally more than 30 countries and regions.
